The Technology involves the use of AI/ML based supply chain models which allows users to manage their inventory at an optimum level. The AI model helps in prediction of this optimum level by using multiple variables thereby helping lower the situation of both over-stocking & stock out for the client organizations.
Impact
Using Our solution, the client organizations witnessed a decrease in stockout situations & Inventory holding cost between 20%-50%. Also in addition to this increase in sales was witnessed due to better quality of product.
In other areas the technology was able to reduce the downtime observed due to predictive analysis,& timely maintenance & operation of machinery. Furthermore a decrease in shipping cost was observed due to real time insight into stock levels & inventory in general.

The proprietary AI/Ml based SaaS Platform solution has been deployed across multiple domains like Manufacturing, Food & Beverages (QSR) among many others, particularly being used for forecasting to reduce the number of incidents of stockout & over-stocking situations & warehouse automation.
